Belly up to buffet to
watch Bears, help United Relief
Tod Curtis, owner of the Ye Olde Town Inn, 18
West Busse Ave., Mount Prospect, is adding Bears Burgers and a Bears
Belly Busting Buffet to raise money for the United Relief
Foundation’s humanitarian aid efforts.
On Saturday and Sunday, 100 percent of
purchases will be donated to the foundation.
Anticipating the Bears advancing to the
Division Playoff on Jan. 21 and Super Bowl XLI on Feb. 4, an
all-you-can-eat Bears Belly Busting Buffet will be available for $5
and $10 for each respective game. The food buffet will be available
an hour prior to kickoff and an hour after the final whistle. Drink
specials and raffles will also be offered.
A previous live entertainment booking on
Saturday will prevent viewing Bears playoff game from the
Sports/Entertainment section. However, patrons can watch the game on
several televisions in the dining and pool table areas.
Should the Bears be eliminated from advancing
to the Super Bowl, Curtis will still raise money as originally
planned.
